1. General Policy
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of tour or package purchased.
Refunds are processed according to the method of original payment.
2. Cancellations by Customer
Standard Tours & Packages:
Cancellation made more than 30 days before the tour start date: full refund minus any applicable administrative fees.
Cancellation made 15–30 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the total price.
Cancellation less than 15 days before the tour start date: no refund.
Custom Itineraries:
Because these are tailored to your preferences, cancellations or changes are subject to a case-by-case review. Early notification increases the likelihood of a partial refund.
3. Cancellations by WavesMotion LLC
In the rare event that WavesMotion LLC must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, or low enrollment), you will be offered:
A full refund of the tour price, or
A credit for a future tour of equal value.

6. Travel Insurance Recommendation
WavesMotion LLC strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Travel insurance is the responsibility of the customer and may provide additional coverage beyond what we offer.
